With over 15 years of martial arts experience, Harry's expertise extends beyond his own achievements, as he has trained with renowned coaches and nutritionists at the Australian Institute of sport.

Serge Midlovets
Serge lives locally with his wife and 4 daughters. He has years of experience as a Myotherapist and enjoys using a range of techniques within his treatments. These include massage, dry needling, cupping, ultrasound, MET (Muscle Energy Technique)biofeed back, myofacial release and manual lymphatic drainage.
